Description from the Producer

Distilled from refined sugar cane and blackstrap molasses, fermented and double distilled using small copper pot stills, then aged for a full year in a 57L once-used bourbon cask. A clean, balanced aromatic profile with notes of vanilla and candied fruit, dry and light in body, with cherries, blackberries and citrus fruit leading to a finish of vanilla, caramel and a touch of bourbon spice.
