This elegant wine has a beautiful straw yellow colour and fine bubbles. The fruit is bright and expressive, with pristine, ripe lemon and apple that’s lifted by fresh biscuit and honeysuckle. Patiently aged for 36months on its lees, the fruit is beautifully framed by layered toast and brioche notes, with a soft, creamy mousse that coats the palate. Crisp and vibrant, the finish is long and full of fruit flavours.
