- Bubble Boat Brut: A bouquet of stone fruit, pineapple, and mango is followed by delicate flavours of nectarine, ruby grapefruit, and lemon. This bubbly blend of riesling, schönburger, and pinot blanc won silver at the 2024 West Coast Wine Competition.
- 2024 Reserve Riesling: This Alsace-style wine is racy and rippling, shimmering with acidity. Pale lemon in colour with notes of citrus zest and wet slate. A bright minerality showcases on this wine and will age beautifully over time. This wine pairs well with spicy dishes like green thai curry, fried calamari, and fennel salad.
