Description from the Producer
An inviting bouquet of complex aromas of candied pear, delicate white florals, smooth caramel taffy, ripe peach and tropical pineapple notes. On the palate there are layers of juicy pear, fresh herbs and succulent stone fruits, complemented by a nuanced touch of warm baking spices. Fermented and aged in 3-5 year old French neutral oak barrels with weekly bâtonnage for a total of four months in barrel.
