Crafted without oak but with full intention, this Chardonnay was fermented in stainless steel and aged on its lees with regular stirring to build texture and complexity. The result? A beautifully structured wine with flinty aromas, baked bread, toasted nuts, and fresh apple and peach. The palate is round and weighty, showing red apple, lemon, and subtle earthy notes, finishing long and smooth. A versatile pick for roasted chicken, smoked salmon, or cozy nights in.
