Nose: Lightly floral, minerally, peach with a light oak note.
Palate: Medium-bodied, dry, peach and lemon flavours rounded with oak spice.

Food Pairing: Chicken alfredo fettuccine, snow crab legs with spicy garlic butter, coconut curry with lamb, New England clam chowder, and fig and thyme bruschetta.
