Cabernet Sauvignon
A beautiful deep garnet, this wine has depth. It is rich in fruit that is intertwined with great tannic structure and the right amount if acidity that holds it together firmly and finishes dry. On the nose, you’re met with notes of blueberry, blackberry, espresso, and wet shale. On the palate, enjoy notes of blueberry, blackberry vanilla and savoury plum.

Appearance: Bright. Semi-opaque. Dark ruby colour.
Nose: A beautiful bouquet of violets, red cherry, raspberry, savoury green herbs, and a touch of white pepper.
Palate: Medium acid, medium tannin, medium body. Bold notes of dark cherry, blackberry, savoury green herbs, and black pepper. Well balanced with ripe tannins.
Quality: 90 – 91 points – Wine Club Canada. Outstanding. Drink now or hold 1-2 years.

Food Pairing: Smoked teriyaki tofu steaks, prime rib with bechamel sauce cream cheese-stuffed mushrooms, warm burrata with tomatoes and basil, and coq au vin.
