Description from the Producer

We stirred the lees in the wine every week since being innoculated with yeast. Malolactic fermentation was hauled to keep retain some crisp, bright acidity. The 2023 vintage produced very vibrant and fresh Chardonnay in our Creek Road block so it was lots of fun fermenting under cool conditions in 100% stainless steel. Fermentation went until the wine was almost dry but we retained a small amount of sugar to balance out the great acidity.

Crisp, crisp, crisp! This unoaked Chardonnay is bright, especially on the finish. With flavours of green apple, pear and lemon, this white wine is thirst quenching and refreshing.
