THE NOTES: Crafted in the traditional method from 100% Cabernet Franc, the juice was pressed right away with minimal skin contact. The result is a beautiful Brut Sparkling wine with a very delicate aromas of strawberry and lime zest. The palate is treated to tart red basket fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and cranberries. This sparkling is fresh and easy drinking with a long finish.
THE PAIRINGS: Of course this delightful sparkling wine is fantastic on its own, but it would also pair beautifully with fresh fruit dessert like a peach and raspberry galette. As well as more traditional pairings like fresh oysters with mignonette, cheese with cured meats and fresh summer salads. Enjoy!
