Even though 2020 was a very hot growing season, our Riesling was harvested with the wonderful acidity that makes Riesling such a great wine with food or by itself. This Riesling is slightly drier than the previous year to accentuate the crisp acidity, Granny Smith apple characteristic and tangy citrus notes.
