Aged 15 months in French oak, 2 months stainless steel.
Mix of fresh early spring fruit (cranberry and cherry) with more concentrated darker fruit on the back end of the aroma. On the palate, the wine is juicy and fresh in its youth, but will open to a more concentrated, candied cherry fruit profile with time. Long finish, but very approachable in it’s youth.
Bottled without fining or filtration.
