Tasting Notes: Honeycomb and candied lime lead the nose while lifted aromas of lemongrass, pink peppercorn and celery leaf delight the senses. Off dry on the palate with a creamy softness and notes of sweet melon, citrus and green spice. Finishes balanced and clean.

Food Pairing Notes: A juicy, aromatic white wine for richly flavoured foods. Try with miso dressings, pesto chicken, or something as simple as sour cream and onion potato chips!

Vineyard Notes: 2021 was a warmer growing season in the Okanagan Valley. Grapes were harvested from Grüner Veltliner vines planted in 2011 on our Demeter certified estate vineyard in Kelowna, BC.

Winemaker Notes: Fruit was hand harvested from Summerhill Vineyard. It was then destemmed, crushed, and left to soak on its skins for 12 hours with no temperature control. Based on Biodynamic principles, this wine fermented naturally with ambient farm yeasts in a stainless-steel vessel.
