What a delight to drink! With strawberry, ripe cherry and raspberry notes on the palate, this bone dry rosé is sure to be a big hit this summer.

Food Pairings: Light salads, raw or lightly cooked shellfish, grilled fish and goat cheese.

100% Pinot Noir. 4 hour skin contact. Extended juice lees aging. Fermented with select yeast. Full MLF.

This is a really vibrant, flavourful pinot noir rose that walks a tentative line between exuberance and exaggeration. But it retains a keen balance between fruit and acid that is almost thrilling, although some palates will find it sour. Expect redcurrant, sour cherry fruit with pink grapefruit and vaguely herbal aromas,. There is a whiff of minerality as well. The length is excellent. And there is a fine sense of purity. This could perform well with a salmon-based outdoor meal, lunch or dinner.

This shows a pretty, pale pink colour in the glass with a nose of brambly raspberries, fresh-picked cherries, a touch of herbs and earthy complexity. It has lovely texture and verve on the palate with brambly red berries, garden herbs, light tannins, and length through the vibrant finish. An elegant and joyous rosé that’s built for the dinner table.
