Varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Merlot (25%), Cabernet Franc (25%) & Syrah (10%)
Vineyard: Deadman Lake Vineyard & Chahal Vineyard
Residual Sugar: 2.3 g/L

Appearance: Purple ruby colour.
Nose: Cedary, black fruit bouquet with vanilla oak, black pepper and a floral lift.
Palate: Medium-bodied, dry and savoury with minty, black plum, licorice and herbal flavours. Firmly structured with well-integrated oak and evident but ripe tannins.
Quality: Outstanding. 91 - 92 points. Can be enjoyed now but 1 -2 years in your cellar will reward your patience.
Food Pairing: Braised short rib poutine, black pepper tofu with sesame bok choy, brisket with onion-and-chile jam, pomegranate-glazed cornish game hens, and blackened steak and blue cheese nachos.
