Nose: Citrus fruit, gooseberries, hint of fresh cut grass, flint & nettles, green apple, lemon zest, pineapple, white peach, black currants.
Palate: Mineral, dry, crunchy acidity, rich, refreshing with medium long fruity finish.
Residual Sugar: 4.3 g/L

Appearance: Straw colour.
Nose: Lightly grassy, green bean and green plum bouquet.
Palate: Medium-bodied, crisply dry, gooseberry and green plum flavours. Well-balanced and fresh on the palate with a touch of bitterness on the finish for added interest.
Quality: Outstanding. 90 points. Drink now.
Food Pairing: Oysters with lemon-herb dressing, baked artichokes stuffed with goat cheese, pesto and ham panini, scallop and sugar snap pea stir-fry, and basil and asparagus risotto.
