The intriguing structure of this wine is what makes it so lively and interesting. It has intensely high acidity, that lingers on the palate and helps to balance its delicate sweetness. This is a wine that can age for decades without losing character, instead over the years it will develop a deep golden hue and a shift in the flavours profile more towards of honey and petroleum.

Young this wine is best served at 6 °C. Thanks to the crisp acidity, low alcohol, intense aromatic profile and a pinch of residual sugar this wine is excellent paired with any kind of Asian spicy food and roasted vegetables with natural sweetness components like coconut, caramelized onions, carrots.
