BLEND: 51% Malbec | 33% Merlot | 14% Cabernet Franc | 2% Syrah
Tasting Note: This is a four varietal blend of Malbec from Naramata, and Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Syrah from the Drachenberg Vineyard in Summerland. It’s a beautiful pale salmon colour and displays mouthwatering flavours of bright pink grapefruit citrus and wild strawberry.
Vinification: 100% foot-trodden and soaked on skins for 1 hr | 5 months on lees in stainless steel
Residual Sugar: 16 g/L
