- 2023 Woah. (Pet-Nat): Our winemaker pressed Cabernet Franc & Riesling separately. He then blended the juice together and started the ferment. When there was approx. 10g of sugar left, the wine was hand bottled to allow it to finish fermentation in bottle. This produces the light natural carbonation of Pet-Nat!
- 2023 NoNoNo Pinot Noir (No fining, No filtering, No commercial yeast added): Hand picked Cabernet Franc, destemmed and transferred to tank. Fermented in tank with naturally occuring yeast. Pressed to to barrel where malolactc fermentation proceeded.No fining, no filtering and no commercial yeast added in these wines. Thus, NoNoNo was born!
- 2024 Eh?!: A one of a kind blend of Cabernet Franc and Riesling, co-fermented and bottled. This unique wine can drink like a red wine at room temperature, or cooled down in the fridge for more of a refreshing complex rosé style.
