- 2020 Whistler Riesling Icewine: A classic sweet wine, this Riesling is the perfect balance between sweet, acid and alcohol. Rich notes of lemon, honeysuckle, gauva and stone on the nose give way to honey, lemon flan, and honey flavours all balanced with crisp acidity. A treat with lemon based desserts, on vanilla ice cream or just on it’s own.
- 2020 Paradise Ranch Cabernet Franc Merlot Icewine: This single-vineyard Icewine was harvested on the evening of February 11, 2021, from a vineyard just across the gulley north of Bench 1775. Picking began as soon as the temperature dipped below -10°C, ensuring the berries were fully frozen. The first precious drops from the press measured an impressive 50 brix of sugar, capturing the pure intensity of the fruit.
- 2017 Whistler Chardonnay Icewine: Golden coloured, this delicious icewine has aromas of lemon flan, honey and pineapple. Flavours of pineapple, mango, meyer lemon and flan make this a perfect wine to pair with caramel popcorn, soft cheeses and lemon desserts.
