A handful of bottles remain! Bundled aromas recall rich, dark cherry compote, cranberry, strawberry blossom and sugar cane. Firm, weighty and luxuriously fruity, it’s boldly flavoured of black and sour cherry, strawberry, raspberry and a trickle of earthy black tea. This one-of-a kind cuvée arises from a premium barrel selection by our Winemaker. Beginning with a single, outstanding barrel of Courtney Gamay, 'Cat on the Bench' was further fashioned with a partial Hogshead of Estate Gamay and a Demijohn of whole-cluster-made Gamay.
