Our 2022 Barrel Fermented Chardonnay musqué is the result of barrel fermentation and aging which has created a most spectacular, dry white wine.
The grapes were hand picked and whole cluster pressed while still cool from the night air. Naturally fermented and aged in French oak for 8 months, this bold example of musqué will give you a rare glimpse of a savoury new wine.
You may experience notes of lemon balm and baked apple.
This wine pairs well with creamy sauces, hard cheeses and salted peanuts.
