Harvest: Sep 21 2023, brix 21.9 , hand harvested at 2.5 tons per acre
Vinification: Saignée process, co-fermented, aged on lees 4 months in stainless steel
Vineyard: Mimi's block planted 2009, and Coyote block, planted 2006, glaciofluvial sedimentary soil, elevation 415-420m, drip irrigation
Certification: Certified Organic Vineyard, Salmon Safe, Vegan

Season Profile: 2023 started with warm early spring temperatures which advanced bloom by a week over normal. Degree day accumulations slightly above normal through to the end of September which resulted in an ealy harvest of exceptional fruit.
