Hand harvested to achieve quality in the vineyard. Pressed into stainless steel. The tank was arrested leaving natural sugar to balance the great acidity and bottled in the spring for freshness.
Bright aromas of starfruit, Gala apples, and peaches, and flavours of peaches and fruit salad. Light with a mild sweetness and juicy acidity.
