A red icewine from Stratus Vineyards, made from Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot left on the vine into the Niagara winter and pressed while still frozen at -8°C or colder. Red icewine is far less common than white: the skins have to hold through months of freezing and thawing before the fruit can be picked. Bottled at 200 ml from the 2025 vintage. VQA Niagara-on-the-Lake.
