We collaborated with Alderlea Vineyard in the Cowichan Valley to create this spectacular white blend, which is made from Ortega, Bacchus and Gewurztraminer Cowichan Valley vines grown in the South Cowichan vineyards . The wine was fermented cold and slow and aged for 6 months on the lees with bi-weekly bâttonage. Experience notes of apricots and crisp granny smith apple with a luscious creamy finish. This wine is named after "Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love"
