Description from the Producer
WINE NAME
2021 Balance Syrah
Description/Winemakers Notes:
The 2021 vintage boasted a warm summer and a fall with heavy precipitation. This gave us a very classic cool-climate Syrah, leading to a more medium body style that is delicate and floral in nature. This wine was aged in French and American oak to round out flavours and texture.
Tasting Notes:
Beautiful deep purple colour. The nose is full of white pepper and dried cranberry notes with a touch of leather and licorice as well. On the palate it has darker fruit and notes of clove and nutmeg. The finish is bolder than the nose would illude to.
Pairing Suggestions:
This would pair great with lamb burgers or a mushroom ragu.
