Winemaking Notes: The 2020 Overtime Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is the result of an exceptional vintage, where meticulous vineyard care and ideal harvest conditions laid the foundation for an outstanding wine. Aged for more than three years in carefully selected French oak barriques, this Reserve bottling reflects patience, precision and the character of Ontario Cabernet Sauvignon.
Intense aromas of black currant, dark cherry and Moroccan spice are complemented by notes of cedar, graphite and toasted vanilla. The palate is rich and structured with concentrated dark fruit, refined tannins and well-integrated oak, leading to a long, elegant finish with impressive depth.
