Description from the Producer
Lifted aromatics of black cherry, pomegranate, and red plum are framed by floral hibiscus notes, with layers of dried herbs, allspice, and tea leaf emerging in the background. The palate mirrors the nose, driven by darker fruit and subtle earth. More robust in structure, this expression remains balanced, focused, and refined.
The grapes were hand-harvested and destemmed, then cold-soaked for about six days ahead of natural fermentation. After a gentle press, the wine was aged in French oak for 13 months (25% new).
