Description from the Producer
Bursting with baked pear, pink grapefruit and a hint of orange marmalade. The palate layers poached pear, cantaloupe and just-ripe nectarine, carried by a beautifully balanced interplay of sweetness and acidity. Juicy, vibrant, and irresistibly drinkable.
The grapes were hand-harvested and gently pressed. 90% was fermented in stainless steel, 10% was fermented in neutral French puncheon to add texture to the final wine. Bottled February 2026.
