Pinot Noir (30%), Gamay (33%) and Blau (7%)
PTG is produced by using the press-wine from each of the separate varietals mentioned above. The blend is completed in stainless steel and allowed to age here over the winter. This retains PTG's distinct freshness and light hearted attitude.
Bottled unfined (vegan friendly) and unfiltered.
Best served well chilled. Drink young.

Palate: Crisp and juicy, lively cranberry and cherry fruit, light-bodied, lean tannins, with zesty acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. Almost playful in its fruit-forward simplicity.
Serving Temperature: 10–12 °C (well chilled, as recommended)
