*This inaugural disgorging of our 2020 Blanc de Blanc is Allocated to our Wine Club Members only* The 2020 Stonebridge Blanc de Blanc Brut Nature (zero dosage) is made in the traditional method with 100% chardonnay from our prized Stonebridge vineyard. The primary cuvée was fermented in french oak barrels for six months, follwed by secondary fermentation and aging on its lees for nearly two years. Only 42 cases of this wine were disgorged in February 2023 after 23 months on its lees.
