Description from the Producer
Vinification: 100% Estate Fruit, harvested, pressed and then cool fermented in stainless steel tanks. Select yeast was chosen to bring out the floral and tropical notes of vidal. Filtered and stabilized before being sweetened prior to bottling.
Tasting notes: Lychee and grilled pineapple are immediately distinguishable on the nose, which leads nicely to the tropical notes of mango and pineapple on the palate. While noticeable, the residual sugar doesn’t overwhelm the palate and coat the mouth, instead providing a balance to this easy drinking wine.
Serving suggestions: Enjoy well-chilled on its own or serve with fragrant curries; spicy seafood dishes like Calamari Fra Diavolo; jambalaya; chicken wings, fresh tacos (this would be delightful with Baja style fish tacos!), crisp salads.
Residual Sugar: 31.7 g/L
