The grapes for our Reserve Pinot Noir were hand selected from the Thacker Drive Vineyard in West Kelowna in the Okanagan Valley. The grapes were fermented in open stainless steel tank to round up the wine and maintain the purity of the pinot noir taste. The wine was aged in selected French oak barrels for 10 months to gain complexity and soften the tannins.
Tasting Note: An uplifting food friendly wine, with notes of black cherry, vanilla, and blueberry.
Recommended drinking: 2021-2028
Winemaking: Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels (20% new)
