A Wild-ferment, Unfiltered and Unsulphured Orange wine: eminently quenchable!
Fresh oranges dusted with icing sugar and sweet pine aromatics. Light and delicate orange flavours with a zippy tannic palate.
A blend of 66% Riesling, 15% Viognier, 7% Muscat and 6% Sauvignon Blanc, fermented on their skins, pressed and bottled just at the very end of fermentation. Each variety was fermented separately, with the Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc completing fermentation and pressing prior to the Riesling harvest. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with 10ppm added sulphur.
