Fermented with select yeasts. Picked to retain a fresh acidity and fruit. Produced using Charmat method. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Riesling and Pinot Meunier.
Violette is a light bodied, crisp sparkling wine that makes the perfect aperitif. Notes of honey crisp apple, pear, lemon drop and citrus are accompanied by fresh and lively acidity.
Food Pairings: The acidity in this sparkling makes it a great food pairing wine. Perfect to share with friends and a charcuterie board or with oysters.
