THE NOTES: The ultimate summer rosé, the 2022 vintage does not lack in flavour. The blend is predominantly Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Gamay. This wine has bright and juicy flavours of red summer fruits, strawberry, raspberry, rhubarb highlighted by a little tangerine. The long fruity finish will have you sipping this wine all day on the patio.

THE PAIRINGS: While perfectly enjoyable on its own, the Redstone Rosé is incredibly food friendly. Try it with a roasted beet salad with goat cheese! In the mood for something a little more substantial? It will also pair beautifully with quiche Lorraine or a summer inspired flatbread.

A very well-priced, elegant, dry style rosé that will save you plenty this summer. On the deeper side of pale, this widely appealing, unpretentious, easy-drinking pink features notes of raspberry, pink grapefruit, and hint of pomegranate along with trailing notes of wildflower. Chill and crack. Tasted June 2023.
