Tasting Notes

Color: Light lemon
Nose: Aromas of orange blossom, white grapefruit, peach
Palate: Dry with a light body, crisp acidity and flavours of paloma, passionfruit, tangerine

Food Pairings: Harvest green salad, Bratwurst, BBQ asparagus.

Winemaking

Hand harvested, and hand sorted this Sauvignon Blanc comes from a vineyard between Penticton and OK Falls. The highest yield we have see off this vineyard and showing again what it is capable of with bright, deep flavoured bunches of grapes. Whole bunch pressed followed by a slow cool ferment then straight to bottle to hold onto every bit of aromatics.
