Based on biodynamic principles, this wine was naturally fermented outdoors with the ambient farm yeasts, truly reflecting the vintage and terroir of the Demeter certified Summerhill Vineyard in 2017. Harvested from Riesling clone 21B vines planted in 1978.

Appearance: Pale straw in colour.
Nose: Lightly spicy and floral grapefruit nose and beginning to develop petrol notes.
Palate: Light to medium-bodied, great tension between Meyer lemon acidity and honeyed grapefruit flavours; beautifully balanced and lingering with an intriguing touch of bitterness on the finish for added interest.
Quality: Outstanding. Drink now and for the next five years.
Food Pairing: Thai red chicken curry, Korean BBQ short ribs, baked buffalo chicken wings, spicy shrimp salad with ginger and garlic, black bean and corn quesadillas with Oaxaca cheese.
