- 2018 Premier Cuvée - This outstanding chardonnay and pinot noir sparkling blend is made in the traditional method. Complex aromas of lemon, green apple, and toasted brioche. The mousse is fine with notes of red apple, toast, and light minerality, complemented by refreshing acidity.
- 2021 Gamay Blanc de Noir - An elegant sparkling gamay made in the traditional method. Aromas of lemon peel, white currant, and almond are followed by delicate flavours of raspberry, red apple, and lemon on the palate with a fine mousse.
- NV Blanc de Blanc - This traditional-method sparkling chardonnay has a lovely bouquet of white flowers, green apple, lemon, lime zest, and minerality. The mousse is fine with a rich, creamy mouthful, refreshing acidity, and notes of green apple.
