• 2022 Odyssey White Brut: This Méthode Classique sparkling wine is a blend of 34.2% Pinot Blanc (Semper Sitiens Vineyard in Lake Country), 33% Riesling (Compact Orchard in Lake Country and Sumac Slope Vineyard in Okanagan Falls) and 32.8% Chardonnay Musque (Villa Vista Vineyard in Kelowna).
• 2023 Gewürztraminer: This Gewürztraminer is clear and bright with a pretty aroma of melon, mango, golden pineapple, lychee nut, and rose petals. This smooth, slightly rich, medium-bodied wine has flavours of juicy tropical fruit, melon, and peach. Notes of tropical fruit, melon, sweet citrus, and floral linger on the medium-dry finish.
• 2022 Pinot Gris: This Pinot Gris is clear and bright with a copper hue. A pure fruit aroma of Bartlett pear, peach, and melon rise from the glass. This smooth yet refreshing, just off-dry, slightly rich, medium-bodied wine has great mouthfeel and texture, along with flavours of ripe juicy orchard fruits. Notes of melon, pear, peach, and a touch of citrus linger on the finish.
• 2019 Odyssey Merlot: A garnet coloured Merlot with a complex bouquet of vanilla extract, spice box, new leather, cedar, oak and ripe black fruit (cherry and plum). The ripe fruit flavours of black currant, plum and blackberry are accented by sweet spice. The extra-dry finish lingers with notes of black tea, blackberry, spice and oak. 
• 2021 Merlot: This Merlot is deep purple garnet in colour with an aromatic bouquet of dark plum, black cherry, blueberry, sweet spice, and subtle oak. This medium to full-bodied wine has silky tannins, and flavours of ripe juicy black cherry and dark plum accented by notes of sweet spice. Lovely notes of black tea, juicy dark fruits, and sweet spice linger on the finish. 
• 2024 Unwooded Chardonnay: This Chardonnay is clear and bright with a straw yellow hue. A clean, fresh aroma of yellow apple, pear, golden kiwi, and quince rises from the glass. This smooth yet refreshing, dry, medium-bodied wine has a medley of orchard fruit flavours. Notes of citrus, apple, pear, and melon linger on the finish.
