For the first time ever, we’re thrilled to announce the release of a Sandhill sparkling wine. It’s a special project that we’ve been patiently working on in secret over the last three years. The production is extremely small, limited to only 255 cases, and is now available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Crafted in the méthode traditionnelle, this Blanc de Blancs is made entirely from Chardonnay.
