Crafted from a one-acre block on our Home Farm Vineyard, this wine reflects the distinct character of its site—showcasing depth, complexity, and finesse rooted in a unique expression of place and thoughtful winemaking. Tasting Notes Opens with rich aromas of toffee and toasted almonds , complemented by a hint of fresh apple. On the palate, butterscotch notes add a luxurious perception of sweetness, balanced with crisp apple flavors. The finish is smooth and lingering, leaving a delightful impression. Winemaking Details Sourced from clone 76 vines planted at our home farm vineyard Aged in neutral French barriques , adding depth and complexity.
