Capella, our flagship white wine, a wine of grace and elegance, is a classic Bordeaux blend of Sauvignon Blanc, but tasting entirely British Columbian. Nose: intense aromas of grapefruit, beeswax, lime zest, honeysuckle and gunflint. Palate: lemon, lime, and ripe grapefruit, with notes of peach and gooseberry, tied together by bright citrus acidity. Full and rich with a textural softness from sur-lie ageing, and a lovely minerality through to a long saline-driven finish. Fermented in French oak puncheons, barrel aged nine months on the lees with lees stirring. Vegan wine.Additional Details
