LINGARD VINEYARD, ST. DAVID’S BENCH, NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE
These grapes are sourced from the Lingard Vineyard on the St. David’s Bench, a small eight-acre vineyard – vineyards located here benefit from slightly warmer temperatures in spring and a cooler ripening season resulting in robust and flavourful wines.
Harvested the morning of September 22nd from vines that are 15+ years old, this Riesling is full of the traditional apple, citrus and tropical notes with nice acidity for a balanced mouthfeel.
