Nose: Lightly toasted bioche, strawberry, raspberry
Palate: Stone fruit, lemon, strawberry, rhubarb
Winemaking: This elegant sparkling wine, crafted using the traditional method, is a harmonious blend of hand-harvested and sorted grapes, which are whole-bunch pressed to extract the purest juice. Comprising 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 9% Pinot Blanc, and a delicate touch of 1% Syrah, each varietal is fermented separately before being thoughtfully combined prior to bottling. Following the secondary fermentation in the bottle, the wine is aged for 5 years on its lees, cultivating depth and complexity. The captivating pink hue perfectly complements its refined character, inviting you to experience the delightful balance of flavours within this exquisite sparkling wine.
