Certified Organic Pinot Noir from Summerland was left on skins for a brief period to give the wine a lovely pink hue. Whole cluster pressed into concrete tanks and fermented with native yeast, then pressed into concrete tanks. This organic Okanagan rosé exhibits delicious, silky juiciness and strawberry notes.
