Aged en tirage for 20 months, this 100% Okanagan-grown sparkling wine has developed an exquisitely delicate and finely integrated mousse. Light and fresh, this wine is extremely fruit-forward and perfect for any occasion. A bright bouquet of strawberry, raspberry and white peach with a chalky minerality leads into a crisp, dry palate showcasing sun-kissed Okanagan apple, candied rhubarb and pink lemonade. A mouthwatering lemon-lime finish balances perfectly with the subtle bubbles. Serve anywhere, anytime—well chilled.
