After a long, cold ferment to help preserve its fresh fruit forward characteristics, this Chardonnay remained "sur lie" (on lees) in tank for added complexity and mouth feel.
Malolactic fermentation was prevented in order to maintain the wine's bright acidity.

Palate: Medium-bodied, dry, round on the palate, beautifully balanced apple flavour with a zesty citrus finish.
Quality: 90 points. Outstanding. Drink now and through 2026.
