WINEMAKING This Méthode Classique sparkling rosé is a blend of 55% Gamay Noir and 45% Pinot Noir. The base wine underwent a traditional second fermentation in bottle and was aged sur lie for 24 months to enhance texture and complexity. After aging, it was disgorged and finished with a proprietary dosage to achieve a precise balance of acidity and subtle sweetness. The result is a vibrant, finely crafted sparkling wine with elegance and depth. Limited production of just 625 cases ensures its exclusivity. FLAVOUR PROFILE This wine is a beautiful copper-pink hue with fine, delicate bubbles. The nose offers subtle aromas of ripe strawberry, sweet pear, pink grapefruit, and a hint of freshly baked brioche. On the palate, it’s light and creamy, with a refined mousse and vibrant flavours of tangy cranberry, red currant, citrus zest, and a whisper of pastry.
