Upfront, this Sauvignon Blanc is very fruity and bright with a nice integration of pineapple, guava, passionfruit and nice grassy nuances.
This wine pairs so well with pastas (especially with a lovely pesto), fresh salads like our melon and fennel salad that we have here at the winery, wood oven pizzas and sunsets on the patio with good company.
